For direct bookings, we require at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of your check-in and the booking is non-refundable. If something comes up, reach out — we're real people and we'll work with you.

Yes — the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. If you're under 25 and traveling with family or have a specific situation, just reach out and we'll talk through it.

Covered garage parking is available at all three properties and is paid per vehicle by the guest in advance online. Rates are set by the resort.

Yes — and both resorts have great ones. Calypso Towers (Slow M'ocean) has a stunning zero-entry resort pool, widely considered the nicest pool on the beach. Aqua Beach Resort (Ocean Blue and Totally Beach'n) also has a large resort pool with a hot tub and direct beach access.

Yes — 2 reserved beach chairs and an umbrella are included with every stay, in season only. They're set up for you on the beach.

Yes. All three properties have high-speed WiFi (approximately 300 Mbps) included.

Each property is stocked with starter supplies to get you going — dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, and similar basics. We don't refresh supplies mid-stay, but there's enough to last a typical trip. You're welcome to use what's there.

Yes — all three properties have gaming systems available for guest use. Please do not log out of any existing profiles or accounts on the TV, gaming system, or any streaming apps. Just use what's there and leave it as you found it.

All three properties have a Keurig Duo — it brews both single K-Cup pods and a full carafe. Starter pods are provided.

Each property sleeps up to 8. Ocean Blue (1805) and Slow M'ocean (902) both have dedicated sleeper sofas in addition to the bedrooms. Totally Beach'n (1605) has a large sectional that can comfortably accommodate extra guests. Check each property page for the full bedroom layout.

We do not allow pets. Legally authorized service animals are welcome — please let us know in advance.

No — and this is a zero-tolerance rule. These are not party properties. Bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, spring break groups, and large gatherings are not permitted. This applies to all three properties at all times. Violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. We take this seriously to protect our neighbors, the resort, and our guests.

No — and this is a hard, zero-exceptions rule. All three properties are 100% non-smoking and non-vaping, including on the balcony, at the pool, and anywhere on the resort property. This applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and anything similar. Violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and you will be responsible for all remediation costs. We take this seriously to protect our guests and the properties.

Absolutely not. Throwing anything from a balcony is a felony in Florida and will result in immediate arrest. This is not an exaggeration. Nothing goes over the railing — not food, not trash, not water balloons, not anything. Zero exceptions.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

We do our best. Early check-in availability is determined the day of (or the day before) based on when the previous guests depart. Just ask — we'll let you know as soon as we can.

We'll send your door code before arrival. We also ask all guests to complete a quick digital check-in form ahead of time — it takes about a minute.

Just a few things: take out the trash (bag is in the bin — trash room is at the end of the hall), remove any perishable food from the fridge, and run the dishwasher if it's loaded. That's it. No need to strip the beds or start laundry — leave everything in place for our cleaning team. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

If you're staying at Calypso 902, the resort uses RFID wristbands for pool and amenity access. Please leave all wristbands at the property when you check out. Lost or missing wristbands are $35 each to replace and will be charged to the card on file.

Both Aqua Beach Resort properties (Ocean Blue and Totally Beach'n) are at 15625 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Calypso Towers (Slow M'ocean) is at 15928 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Both are right on the gulf, steps from the sand.

All three properties are within easy walking distance of Pier Park — one of PCB's best spots for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Much less than public beach access points. Aqua Beach Resort (1805 and 1605) has its own dedicated beach access steps from the building. Calypso Towers (902) is a gulf-view property with resort beach access — no public parking lot crowds either way.
