1805 is a hidden updated gem!! The pictures do NOT do this condo justice. My girls and I have stayed in several PCB condos and this is by far the best one. Not only is this condo beautiful and clean but the HOST IS AMAZING! Chris literally had a care package waiting for us when we arrived! We will 100% be back and it will ALWAYS be this condo.

What an absolutely stunning condo. Recently remodeled, impeccably clean and stylishly decorated to make you feel right at home. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of for guests. The host, Chris, is so warm, welcoming and attentive. Our family adored the condo and the surrounding area. We are already planning a return trip!

We had an amazing week at Ocean Blue at the Aqua resort! This condo was spectacular! The views are breathtaking, the condo was updated and gorgeous with everything you need! The host Chris was so helpful and responsive! Book this immediately if you want an incredible beach stay!

The condo itself was clean, beautiful and just like the online description. We were especially impressed with the shower in the master bathroom! And the view from the patio and living room is amazing! Chris gave great directions and was very responsive. The included beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated.

Beautiful and exceptionally clean condo! The host was fabulous, very quick to respond to any of our questions! The kitchen was well stocked with essential items, the beds were comfy, and beach chairs and umbrella were included. The younger ones of our family loved that we were so close to Pier Park! Seriously, a perfect place to spend your vacation!!

Lovely accommodations that are exactly as the photos. There are many restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. The balcony view of the Gulf is beyond spectacular. We watched 3 incredible sunsets and an airshow! Chris was always responsive and very helpful.

You're going to thank yourself for booking this one! The views from the 16th floor are absolutely breathtaking and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything worked perfectly. Chris was an exceptional host, always responded immediately. This condo is by far one of the best we've stayed at in PCB. The panoramic views of the ocean from the 16th floor were wonderful. It's close to Pier Park and fun bars and restaurants but still quiet and quaint. The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Communication with the owner was top notch.

Chris (and management company) have been the kindest hosts, from initial booking to check out they were helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond for our group. The property was stunning, beyond clean, beautifully maintained and the views are exceptional. Pier Park is steps away and the beach access is easy and safe for families. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Chris and Book A Beach truly saved our Thanksgiving trip! After last-minute hiccups with another Airbnb, we stumbled upon this gem and couldn't be happier. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly stocked. The views are breathtaking, and the location is unbeatable. Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had.

From the moment we booked the host was already reaching out providing information and ensuring we had a smooth check in. The location couldn't be better! Right next to Pier Park. The view of the beach is completely unobstructed and we were able to walk there every night with three small children without issue. This place is perfect in every way. Our family will be talking about this trip for years!

4 day vacation for Family of 3 and this might be my all time favorite Airbnb experience. Property was clean, beautiful, exactly as advertised and even better. The welcoming into the home was refreshing, wristbands, beach chairs on the beach, boogie boards in the closets, gaming systems for the kiddos. Highly recommend renting from one of Chris's properties!

We stayed at Chris' place over the Christmas holiday with a large group of people. The condo was wonderfully decorated and clean. The host communication was amazing! We've used AirBnB for about 10 years and this host is certainly one of the best. We cannot say enough good things about the experience.

We had a great stay in PCB! Chris was very responsive. He even let us check in several hours early since the unit was ready. The condo was very clean and updated. The view from the 9th floor was amazing! The zero entry pool area was perfect for families with little ones. We will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful unit, super clean and well appointed! Great beach access and beautiful pool and hot tub. Near instant response to any questions. Nephews appreciated the gaming systems. The included chair service was such a nice touch, I usually pay extra for that. Incredible value! We had a great week!!

Wristbands, beach chairs, boogie boards, gaming systems for the kiddos, all the amenities at the tip of our fingers! Amazing mattresses in every room! Quality pillows and bedding. We were able to truly rest in comfort each evening after being active on the beach. Highly recommend!
